The HLK-MB4 Manipulator arm is a utility class arm ideally suited for installation on many of today's smaller ROVs. Its ability to stow across the front of the vehicle makes it one of the most compact versatile arms in the market. Weighing just 10kg in water and able to lift 40 Kg at 140 bar.

It incorporates the HLK-2020 Continuous Rotate Jaw Actuator which has a jaw opening of 154mm together with the unique open jaw soft rope cutter.

The HLK-MB4 is also available as part of the HLK-Gauntlet Plus System which includes a Valve Pack, Power Pack and full telemetry control system. This kit was designed to enhance the working capability of the smaller professional ROVs and their earning potential.

The HLK-HD5 Manipulator is a heavy duty, rugged five function arm designed for the new breed of smaller work class ROV's. It also incorporates the HLK-2020 Continous Jaw Rotate Mechanism.

The flange mounting facilitates port or starboard mounting configurations on the slew plate.

The slew plate is designed to enable the arm to swing across the front of the vehicle and also 30º to the outside.

By the addition of a rotating slew, the arm movement can be expanded, to allow rotational control about its shoulder axis. Thus increasing its range of approach.
