7 Function Manipulator Arm - Work Class - HLK-40500 The HLK-40500 Manipulator is a work class, rugged seven-function arm. It incorporates the HLK- 20100 continuous Jaw Rotate Mechanism which also has the unique 19mm diameter rope cutter. The arm also uses the HLK-11050 (44.5mm bore) hydraulic cylinders to give additional lifting capability. Feedback pots provide capability for manipulator positioning feedback better than 1minuite/degree without initialization requirement. |

Camera Boom - HLK-EH5C Based on the HLK-EH5 arm this has the Jaw Assembly Conversion HLK-2010C fitted. The booms, used in pairs, can be mounted upside down to enable pipe- lines of up to 30" diameter to be surveyed with full camera control, and the ability to stow away for vehicle recovery. The same standard control system can be used as with the manipulator arm control. |

6 Function Manipulator Arm - HLK 47000 The HLK-47000 is a 6 function manipulator designed with the intention of collection and recovery of delicate materials and live sea life specimens. The collection is achieved using the HLK-24000, a picking device consisting of a radial arrangement of 10 finger pairs. The system consists of a 90º slew of a parallelogram arm for vertical lift, attached to the end of this is a dexterous arm providing a 180º rotate and 2 additional bend functions. The HLK-47000 arm with HLK-24000 finger type picker has been designed with a degree of interchangeable tooling in mind, allowing task specific tools of similar dimensions to be fitted. |
