HLK-2010 - 180° Jaw Rotate Assembly A compact jaw rotate assembly it is fitted to all the light and medium duty arms in the HLK range. Constructed from 316 SS and HE 30 aluminium, it derives its rotation via a 13 NM rotating Rack & Pinion. The jaw open mechanism also drives a 19mm diameter rope cutter. The jaw yolk also incorporates a slot to accept a 1/2" "T" bar when the jaws are closed. Weight 3.5 Kg in water. |

HLK-2020 - Continuous Jaw Rotate Actuator This unit is fitted to all heavy-duty manipulators and is constructed from 316 SS and HE30 aluminium. It incorporates a Geroler motor of 50cc/rev with a standard 180º jaw rotate assembly. This enables a smooth, fully reversible, continuous rotation of up to 35 NM. As with HLK-2010 all ports are at the rear of the assembly, enabling clean access for hydraulic hoses. Weight 5 Kg in water. |

HLK-2040 - Heavy Duty Grabber This is a heavy-duty grabber, which will grab pipe up to 320 mm in diameter. Fitted with an HLK-2020 Continuous Jaw Rotate, which allows clockwise and anti clockwise rotation, with a torque of 35 NM. Constructed from 316 SS and HE30 aluminium. The unit shown is fitted to an HD5 manipulator.

HLK 24040 Clamp Installation Jaw Rotate The HLK 24040 jaw rotate is designed to be ideal for the ease of zinc anode clamps onto underwater steel cables or other objects to reduce corrosion. These can be modified to accommodate clamps of any diameter and can be built onto an ROV to suit the size required.
