HyBIS - Hydraulic Benthic Interactive Sampler
The HyBIS system has been designed to operate from the same deck handling and
cable systems as used on extended high level capacity Towed Sonar Arrays.
In operation the HyBIS acts as an ROV which is controlled in depth via the umbilical
winch. All other functions are self generated using the on board electrical services.
