HLK-6000 Pilot Check Block

These tiny units are used in conjunction with HLK control systems to ensure a positive hydraulic lock when a manipulator is not being operated. The porting is 7/16 SAE and can be used in conjunction with HLK fittings. Made up into a set they can be mounted with Quick Connects to enable easy change out of manipulators. Weight in water 140gms.

HLK-6020 Series Control Valves

A range of control valves for both hydraulic and water systems. A manual pressure regulator valve, a hydraulically operated high - low pressure flow valve and a hydraulically operated selector valve are show in the adjoining picture. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel.

The HLK-60210 Dual Port Vent Valve

The HLK-60210 Dual Port Vent Valve is designed for fitting to soft tanks on submersible and air lift devices.

It incorporates a unique dual supply piston drive which enables the valve to be opened from two different supplies, being either hydraulic or air or a combination of both.

HLK-60120 Bi-Directional Valve

Designed as a cost-effective option for installation on suction anchors. These spool valves can be configured as open/shut or three-position change over units. Pipe size from 1" to 12" or even bigger if required. Constructed in 316SS Delrin, each of these units can be remotely operated using HLK 1300 series pistons.

HLK 60110 Bi-directional Valve

The HLK 60110 Bi-Directional Valve houses a solenoid operated cartridge valve capable of handling up to 20 litres/min. The ports can be configured to suit various options.
